The challenge

The client needed comprehensive surveillance coverage across reception, corridors, server room and the external car park. The existing arrangement was a handful of unrelated cameras with no central recording and no way to review footage without being on site.

Our solution

SaryTech designed and installed an IP CCTV system with centralised recording, coverage planned for identification at every entry point, and secure remote viewing for authorised managers. Cabling was run through existing containment to avoid disruption to the working floors.

Implementation

Installation was carried out over four days, floor by floor, outside core working hours where cabling crossed occupied areas. Cameras were commissioned, recording verified, retention confirmed and remote access configured and tested on the managers' own devices before handover.

The result

Improved monitoring, faster incident investigation and property visibility from anywhere. Management can review an event within minutes rather than waiting for a site visit.
